Here goes an abridged version of the units i was writting about= Thoughts?Īlright sorry for my language, dude please no, don't make only 4 more units, what you are doing is exactly what i expected from creative assembly, that is, having variations of the same units depending on the tribe, state whatever, that's freaking cool and WE NEED MOAR GREENSKINS!!! I would probably then add more base damage onto two handed weapons before addressing the really weak melee attack and charge bonuses on these units. I'm of the opinion that fixing shield bonuses would fix most of this, sort of like how you've added melee defence for shield wielders, however I would argue for going a step further and messing with armour base levels and applying shield bonuses. Any plans to tackle the damage/armour skew at any point? I talk more at length about this over on the thread above but by this i mean, great weapon shock troops not actually doing more damage in most situations than a shield variant. The game has only just been released after all. I've had a lot of thoughts myself about the balancing of units currently and how the mechanics are a little wonky, which is pretty much expected.
